Inspired by the Bukhara style of Central Asian tribal rugs, this piece is built around the iconic repeated 'gul' motifs—geometric medallions that have been part of Turkmen weaving traditions for generations. The repetition gives the rug a wonderful rhythm, while the intricate borders add to its sense of heritage and craftsmanship. This is a hand knotted rug from our Tribal collection, made to order for lasting everyday use.
Materials + Care

Material: 100% Wool.

Regular maintenance of the rug can be ensured with a strong broom or vacuum that pulls away all the trapped dirt once a week. Initially, you will observe negligible wool shedding. Such shedding is normal and is no cause for concern. Always avoid steaming or dry cleaning the rugs. Rotate the carpet every few months to protect it from sun fading.
